This period begins one year after the customer's last order.

To verify your identity, we ask you to include a copy of your ID. In this copy, please make your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and national registration number unreadable to protect your privacy.
Intersticker will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest. We also want to inform you that you can file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority, via the following link:
